SUMMARY:Fast CAT Test
DESCRIPTION:GCGRC is holding our second All-Breed Fast CAT tests on August 14 & 16th at K9 Splash Zone in Brookville\, OH. There will be TWO tests on each day for a total of SIX tests over the weekend! K9 Splash Zone’s pool will be open all weekend for try-its! Enjoy a run then cool off in the pool! \n\n\n\nThis year we are holding this event as a fundraiser for the 2022 GRCA National Specialty hosted by The Cuyahoga Valley Golden Retriever Club. \n\n\n\nEntries\n\n\nPremium List\n\n\n\nIf you want to enter on-line\, you can do that too! \n\n\nEnter On-Line\n\n\n\nCOVID-19 Guidelines General Practices Participants are required to follow state and local guidelines Practice social distancing (people must stand at least 6’ apart) consistent with current guidelines. Avoid congregating Please wear masks when near others. Hand sanitizer will be available for use. Wash hands as frequently as possible. Disinfecting spray will be at bathroom facilities for people to spray door handles (or anything else they touch). No shaking hands or hugging. Avoid touching dogs that are not your responsibility. No food vendors will be available. Parking areas – Park with sufficient distance between vehiclesScheduling – Participants will be scheduled in blocks in order to reduce crowds. Participants should wait by their vehicles until immediately prior to their block time.A PA system will be used to inform participants when their block is to line up. Roll call and inspection functions will be performed one dog at a time.Owners of females swipe their own dogs and show the inspection committee the tissue. Inspection committee members performing the wicketing will wear masks and gloves. Wickets will be wiped down between dogs. In order to minimize the gathering of people\, concurrent events will be run Online sign-ups are encouraged Participates will be spaced at least 6’ apart when lining up to run Huntmaster\, Lure Operator and Paddock Master shall maintain a minimum of 6 foot distance from each other and participants. Trial Secretary will wear gloves to handle paperwork. Someone wearing gloves will hand out ribbons or rosettes. No self-serve boxes. One person in the release area and one person in the catch area will open and shut the gate with gloves. Participants are expected to follow state\, local government\, facility and event guidelines.

DESCRIPTION:Although at the Memorial Day Weekend Shows this year (5/27/2016-5/30/2016)\, there will be no GCGRC Specialty\, there will be plenty of things to participate in! \nSo what will there be?\nSupported Entries\nWe have a great time hosting everyone and are proud of our long-time specialty.  GCGRC will still host four days of supported entries under the following judges: \nFriday 5/27: Ms. Patricia Ann Flanagan\nSaturday 5/28: Mr. Robert Stein\nSunday 5/29: Mr. Edd E. Bivin\nMonday 5/30: Mrs. Delores Burkholder \nThere will be terrific trophies and our usual atmosphere of friendly competition! \nEnter On-Line \nPot-luck\nWe are still excited to hold our annual pot-luck meal in the grooming area the afternoon of Saturday\, 5/28.  Come out and join us to break bread with friends and enjoying great conversation. \nEye clinic\nFinally\, just like in 2015\, we will be hosting an all-breed eye clinic.  Dr. Vanessa J. Kuonen Cavens\, DVM\, MS\, DACVO is providing CERF exams at the Butler County Fairgrounds on May 28 10AM-2PM\, and if the interest requires\, May 29\, 2016. These will  be held during the Warren County Kennel Club of Ohio and Cincinnati Kennel Club dog shows (GCGRC Supported Entry each day) from 10am -2pm.
